1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onions4 cups 2% milk8 oz Velveeta cheeseseafood3/4 cup flour
Saute celery and onions in 2 Tbsp of butter. Add milk, add cheese. Cook on med until cheese is melted. Make roux from 1/2 cup melted butter and 3/4 cup flour. Add to milk mixture simmer for five minutes. Add desired amount of seafood (at least 2 cups). Bake at 300 degree F for 35 minutes. Make 8-10 one cup serving
