1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
chop cabbage, onions and mushrooms. saute onions in 1 tbls of butter until translucent. add mushrooms and one more tbls of butter and saute for a few minutes then add cabbage and rest of butter if needed. add salt and pepper to taste.
