Skinny Chili

Ingredients
2 TBSP olive oil8oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chuncks1/4 cup finely chopped onions2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cayenne pepper14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth15 1/4 oz. corn, undrained15 1/2 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed14 1/2 oz. can Mexican style tomatoes with green chilies
Directions
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, oinion and garlic; saute until chicken is opaque, about 3 minutes. Add the cumin, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Cook two minutes until fragrant. Pour in the chicken, broth, corn (with liquid), black beans, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes.
