Ground Beef Everyday Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs leanest ground beef2 eggs2 C old fashioned oatmeal1 C fresh salsa2 tsp pepper2 tsp salt1 medium onion chopped fine
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until well blended. Place in a loaf pan and bake for 45-500 minutes in a 350degree oven. The loaf is done when the juices run clear.

8 large servings- 12 smaller ones about 3 ounces each
