Peanut Butter Trail Bars

6 cups Kashi GoLean cereal1 1/2 cups raisins1/2 cup sunflower seeds1 cup honey3/4 cup Splenda1 16 ounce jar of natural peanut butter1 tsp vanilla1 cup semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Combine cereal, raisins, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips (optional) in a large bowl.
Combine honey and Splenda in a medium pan; heat over medium heat 3-5 minutes until a rolling boil forms. Boil for 2 minutes.
Add peanut butter and vanilla; stir until peanut butter melts.
Pour over cereal mixture. Press into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Refrigerate until cool. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
Makes 5 dozen bars that will NOT last long at any gathering!
