Tia Mowry Chickpea patties

Ingredients
3 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 0.5 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats .5 cup, chopped or diced Dill Pickles 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 tbsp White Miso Paste (by LIALAK) 3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard .66 serving Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup 1 Tbspn 3 tbsp Corn Oil .25 cup Yellow Cornmeal
Directions
1. In food processor, chop 3 cups or one large can of drained and rinsed chickpeas. Transfer to bowl an add pickles, oats, scallions and carrots.
2. In a separate bowl mix miso, soy sauce, maple syrup, mustard and add to chickpea mixture.
3. Form palm-sized patties and dredge in lightly salted corn meal.
4. Heat oil in saute pan, fry each patty for 5 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: 1 patty...makes 6 patties
