10 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 serving Campbell Cheddar Cheese Soup 1/2c 1.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 226 gram(s) Daisy - Sour Cream 4 cup Cured Ham
Directions
Slice potatoes and then add all ingredient to crockpot and stir. Bake on low for 8 hours (4 hours on high).
