0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw1.5 serving Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp0.12 cup Dannon All Natural Regular Plain Yogurt, 8 oz.12.0 oz Swanson White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast canned
Directions
Drain juice from chicken and place in a bowl. Mince onion and add to chicken. Add mayo, yogurt and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients have been combined, breaking up the larger chunks of chicken. Serving Size: Makes four 3 oz servings
