crunchy nut cookies

1 cup Mixed Nuts 1.25 cup Flour all purpose flour .50 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 3 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder 1 cup Pure Coconut Oil 2 large Egg1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Grind mixed nuts to a coarse powder. (I used a blender) Blend coconut oil, molasses, eggs and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Dropped by measuring tablespoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Baked at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
