70.0 Grams Banana, fresh1.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)28.0 Grams Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened38.0 gram Kirkland Frozen Pineapple Chunks43.0 gram Great Value- Mango Chunks- frozen0.75 cup silk protein nut milk0.25 cup Chobani- Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Vanilla Blended0.25 cup Nutmeal Mixture
Directions
Blend all ingredients except nutmeal mixture first then add mixture and blend again. *see my recipes for nutmeal mixture info but it's cashews, almonds, walnuts and oatmeal.
