350 grams Zucchini 400 gram Fritada (by ZENALIA) 400 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 150 grams Onions, raw 50 grams Olive Oil 200 gram Raw Noodle a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg
I used the Thermomix. Traditional way: Sauté the onion and if you want you can add any other veggie such as carrots. Around 5 m. Then add the ground chicken and sauté all together. Another 7 minutes. Add the spices and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the fritada (which is tomato sauce with veggies) and if you wish 1 oz of red wine. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Done!
