Veggie and tuna cous cous

Ingredients
1 cup cous cous (cooked) (by LCAM2094) 0.25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 0.25 cup, sliced Zucchini 0.25 cup Mushrooms, canned 0.25 can Tuna, Canned in Light Oil
Directions
Dice zucchini and bell peppers and cook covered for 15 -30 minutes or until tender. Add mushrooms and leave on low fire for 5 minutes. Cook cous cous as directed on package.
Mix all together and add tuna. Serve warm or cold.
