Ingredients
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
Directions
Add vinegar, water, lemon juice and brown sugar to small bowl, whisk and set aside. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Increase heat to high and sear salmon, skin sides up, until well-browned, about four minutes. Turn fish over and sear until just cooked through, three to four minutes more. Transfer salmon to plates and carefully add vinegar mixture to skillet. (Liquid will bubble vigorously and steam.) Simmer, stirring, until thickened and reduced, about two minutes. Spoon glaze over salmon.
