1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 10 clove Garlic 3 oz Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes (by SLAPPY1976) 56 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 2 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER) .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Cumin powder (by WOMACKFAM5) .5 tbsp Basil 4 tbsp Tahini
Cut cauliflower into smaller pieces and peel garlic. Drizzle a little oil on garlice and cauliflower. Add salt and basil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast garlic and cauliflower on foiled baking sheet for 45 minutes.
Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until hummus consistency. Enjoy.
