Ingredients
1 Cup Oyster Sauce1/2 cup Hoisen Sause1/2 Cup Ketchup1/2 Cup Sugar1/4 Cup Sesame Oil1 TBSP Minced Garlic1 tsp Minced Ginger Root
Directions
Mix all ingredients, you may want to add a pinch or dash to taste. Use as a marinade for meat, poultry, or seafood. This sauce thickens nicely as it caramelizes so it works well as a barbecue sauce or stir-fry sauce also.
