100 gram(s) macadamia nut flour 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1/2 tbsp Basil 16 oz Chicken Tenders, fresh raw, chicken breast1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
mix dry ingredients together, whisk egg in a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces in egg, coat with dry ingredients, place on a baking sheet and cook at 425 until golden brown (about 20 minutes) serve with your favorite keto dipping sauce
