Ingredients
0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh3.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tbsp Sofrito Sauce1.0 serving(s) diced tomatoes with green chilies4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 cube Chicken bouillon1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil85.0 gram(s) California medley (broccili, cauliflower, carrots)
Directions
Sautee oil, garlic and sofrito. Add vegetable medley and diced tomatoes. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, water, and bouillion cubes. Cover. Cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally to make sure cabbage is submerged. After 30 minutes, simmer for another 10-15.
