Pancetta Pasta Carbonara

4 serving Angel Hair 2 oz dry whole wheat pasta Heartland (by CANDY-) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Egg - Eggbeaters 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Garlic powder 4 oz Boars Head Pancetta (by CSUCAM)
Cook pancetta on medium heat until crispy. Drain and let both the fat and pancetta cool.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Save 1/4 cup of pasta water.
While the pasta is cooking mix egg, eggbeaters, cheese, and seasonings together.
Once pasta is done, stir pancetta fat into egg mixture slowly then stream the pasta water slowly into eggs.
When egg mixture is done stir into the hot pasta and keep stiring until slightly thickened. About 3-5 minutes.
