Ingredients
1 cup Mascarpone Cheese 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving monk fruit or sweetener of your choice
Directions
Using an electric mixer, whip mascarpone until fluffy. Beat in the cream until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and monk fruit. Beat until firm peaks.
