veggie soup

Ingredients
3 quarts of water12 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef3 carrots2 celery stalks1 zuchini squash1 pound of mushrooms1 tbsp minced garlica large pinch of thymesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix it all together in a pot and boil until the veggies are tender. It doesn't take long.
