Ingredients
12 corn tortillas1 Tbsp Canola oil2 cans tomato sauce1 can diced green chile1 cup of shredded cheese1 lb ground beef (optional)
Directions
Slice corn tortillas into 1" squares. If using the ground beef, brown and crumble and set aside. Heat oil in medium frying pan. Fry tortillas in oil until browned. Add the tomato sauce and green chiles and mix. Add cooked ground beef and mix well. Just before serving add cheese and mix through until melted. Makes 4 3 oz servings (approximately).
