4 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared) 1 cup Peas, frozen 3 oz Baby Carrots, Raw (Kroger, about 1 cup) 2 1tsp Olive Oil 6 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1. Heat oil in frying pan.
2. Add frozen peas and cook until thawed.
3. Add baby carrots and egg white. Cook eggs until scrambles.
4. Add rice and soy sauce and mix until well combined.
