Pork veggies and rice with oyster sauce

10 oz Pork Tenderloin Cuved1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw .25 cup, sliced Fennel 1 serving Basmati rice (brown rice) 1 tbsp Peanut Oil .025 cup Corn Starch 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 cup Turkey Stock, or whatever stock you want
Cook rice in 1 cup stock. Season pork with sage add cornstarch toss to coat. Quick brown pork in peanut oil. Add veggies. Saute 7 mins. Add 1 cup stock cover simmer 5mins. Uncover add 1 cup cooked rice. Stir in oyster sauce. Cover simmer a few mins and serve.
