Soft Taco Bake

1 pound ground turkey2/3 cup water1 pkg 40% less sodium taco seasoning8 tbsp salsa1 cup corn (frozen)3 flour tortillas2 cups cheese
1. Brown ground turkey until no longer pink. Cook frozen corn until done. To ground turkey, add salsa, corn, taco seasoning, and water. Cook until no longer watery. While cooking meat, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In pie plate, place down one flour tortilla and top with approx 1/2 - 3/4 cup cheese and approx 1/2 -3/4 cup meat mixture. Repeat once more. Place last tortilla on meat mixture, and follow with remaining meat mixture and cheese.
3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
