2.0 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2.0 serving Sargento Natural baby swiss (per slice)2.0 tbsp Sour Cream2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)24.0 tsp parm cheese grated48.0 tsp parm cheese grated1.0 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Place raw chicken in baking dish Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast Mix together in a separate dish 1/2 cup grated parm, mayo, sour cream and garlic Spread mixture evenly over chicken and cheese Top with 1 cup Shredded parm Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done If top begins to brown too much cover with foil and finish cooking
