1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 0.5 cup Bisquick, Gluten Free Baking mix 1/3 cup (40g) 4 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Bumble Bee Alaska Sockeye Red salmon 1 serving Clover Leaf Smoked Mussels (drained can) (by HFEATHERINA) 2 serving Daiya Cheddar Style Slices 56 gram(s) roasted zuchinni (1/2 tbsp evoo and 2 cups zuchinni) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
Saturee veg and preheat oven to 350
add eggs to dry ingredients
add salmon and muscles
add dill and italian or greek type herbs
add veg
add daiya
divide into 12 muffin tins. Bake about 20 minutes.
Freezes well, just pop in toaster oven before eating.
