Anni's Cauliflower Pizza Crust

1 pckg. Green Giant cauliflower crumbles fried rice blends8 oz Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim) 2 T grated parmesan cheese 1 large egg2 T Dry Italian Dressing Mix 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 T Red Mill Organic Coconut Floursalt to taste
Cook crumbles in microwave~8 minutes. Cool and squeeze dry.
Mix in food processor, with all the other stuff and roll out between 2 sheets parchment paper.
Pre cook for 10 minutes at 400. Remove turn and blot dry. Bake 10 more minutes. If not brown, broil 4 minutes.
Top with desired toppings (preferably precooked) and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: 1/2 Pizza
