Ingredients
200g (12.5T) Coconut Butter55 grams (1/4 C) Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened 2-4 tbsp Erythritol* (depends how sweet you like)1 tbsp Citrus zest (your choice of citrus)Pinch of salt (optional)*15-30 drops Stevia can also be used instead of Erythritol
Directions
Zest citrus of your choice (1 orange, 2 lemons, 2 limes or 1/2 grapefruit) Mix together all ingredients. Gently heat if necessarily to liquify the fats and fully incorporate the ingredients. Fill into desired mold, ice tray or mini muffin tin and freeze about 10 min until solid. Remove from mold and store in the fridge.
