Yogurt Mustard Tuna Wrap

Ingredients
0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 0.50 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 0.30 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 0.50 serving Roma Tomatoe - 1 medium 1 serving John West Tuna Chunks (in brine) per tin (130g) 1.5 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Flour Tortillas .3 tbsp Honey
Directions
drain tuna
Mix yogurt, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper (optional), an mustard.
Wash chop celery and tomatoes
Mix above vegetables with tuna mix
Place .5 cup on tortilla with a leaf of lettuce
Wrap and enjoy.
