Baked Salmon Fillets.

Ingredients
25 grams Yellow Cornmeal 2 serving Garlic Salt, Compliments, 1/4 Tsp. (1 g) 2 dash Pepper, black .5 serving Summer Savory, Dried, Ground 1 Tsp. (1 g) 4.5 serving Aqua Star Pacific Salmon Fillets 125 g
Directions
Evenly coat fillets in cornmeal, pepper, summer savory and garlic salt.
I leave the skin on and coat the skin in cornmeal only.
Skin down, place in a shallow pan.
Heat oven to 400 F and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes depending on how well done you like it and varying ovens.
