3 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup green lentil (by HAZARDS) 2 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth 28 grams Crushed Tomatoes 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
Directions
Place on stovetop and cook on low (4) until carrots and Quinoa are cooked.
