Flank Steak

Ingredients
1.5 lb Flank Steak 1 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Coriander seed 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Combine all spices in bowl and set aside. Preheat grill and lightly oil. Dry flank steak with paper towels and rub spice mixture on both sides.. cook on preheated grill until steak starts to firm and is reddish-pink and juicy in center--about 4 minutes a side. Instant read thermometer should read 130 degrees. Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
