Ingredients
1.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 20 spear tip (2" long or less) Asparagus, fresh 3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilsalt
Directions
Clean and boil cauliflower and asparagus tips until tender.
Clean 2 bell peppers and onion and chop to about 1 inch squares.
Heat 1 tbsp of extravirgin olive oil and toss in veggies and salt; cook until soft.
Serve hot or warm.
