8 Thin sliced pork chops (2 per serving)1 thinly sliced onion1 tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp paprika1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Heat a large frying pan and add oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper and paprika on both sides of the chops. When oil is hot, add pork chops, fry quickly and remove from pan. Add onion slices to the pan drippings and saute until tender. Add the chops and reheat them in the onions. Adjust seasonings to taste.

I found these to be very tasty and had good color when cooked. Don't forget to add a little salt. The onions were a good compliment. I don't usually eat them, but they were really good! Will definitely make these again! - 1/31/10

My husband is always reminding me to add salt. My mom never really cooked with it and I'm always forgetting it! Thanks!
