Grilled Kielbasa with Vegetables

Ingredients
2 oz Fit & Active turkey polska kielbasa 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Dice vegetables and meat. Mix together with olive oil and place in grilling basket. Cook until mixture is tender and browned. Season with your favorite seasoning and enjoy!
