Indian Peas and Potatoes

Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 3 cup (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)*Coriander seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
Add garlic, onion, cumin seed, mustard seed; saute until seeds start to pop.
Add other spices, potatoes and peas. Stir to coat.
Saute for a few minutes.
Add one cup water and tomatoes, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
