Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 whole whear Tortillas4 oz Chicken Breast (good use of leftover chicken)1 Cup Black beans.5 Cup Canned Corn.5 Cups of Cheddar CheeseSour cream and Salsa to garnish
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Place half of the mixure on each of 2 Tortillas. Wet edge of tortillas with H2O and cover mixure with remaining tortillas

Heat a fry pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook Quesadillas one at a time about 2.5minutes on each side. When Tortilla is chip and lightly browned serve with salsa and low fat sour cream.
