50 grams Ground beef 70 grams Ground Pork 3 mushrooms Shiitake Mushrooms 100 gram(s) Maitake Mushroom 3.5 oz or 100 gs (by MZZCHIEF) 100 gram Vegetable - Shimeji Mushroom 3.5oz - 100g (by BEATBMI) 2 Tbsp Sake 1.5 tbsp Mirin, Kikkoman manjo aji mirin sweet cookiing rice seasoning (by CEBAILEY1965) 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Cut off roots and slice shiitake. Separate maitake and shimeji mushrooms.
Add ground meat to pan and brown. Add mushrooms. Mix other ingredients and add and stir while simmering until liquid is mostly gone.
