White chicken zucchini chicken lasanga

Ingredients
116.0 Grams Zucchini16.0 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken24.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream16.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded4.0 tbsp Butter, salted8.0 oz Gouda Cheese1.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Salt0.3 tbsp Basil1.0 tsp oragano0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried1.0 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup Spinach, fresh8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Cook tenders and shred then set aside. Lightly oil a 9x12 baking dish. Slice zucchini into thin slices and make a layer of zucchini. Add half the chicken over zucchini then a the mushrooms, and 1 cup chopped spinach. Melt butter in sauce pan and add heavy whipping cream. Simmer til it cooks down by a 1/2 cups and all other ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Continue to stir until late all cheese is melted and remove from heat. Cover ingredients in baking dish with sauce and add remaining chicken, spinach,and the zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes and add mozzarella cheese to the lasanga. Bake until cheese reaches desired apperance.
