Fried Whitefish

Ingredients
1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 fillet Whitefish 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Pepper
Directions
Mix breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, pepper
Mix egg and milk.
Wash fish in the egg and milk wash. Dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
Place in hot frypan with butter.
2 minutes to each side.
