Gluten Free Big Pretzels

Ingredients
2 cup Rice flour, white 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (by LIGHTNINGPAW) 3 tbsp Xanthan Gum - Bob's Red Mill (by CEELEE53) 6 tsp Granulated Sugar .15 ounce Yeast, bakers 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 serving Egg white, large 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
Also add 1 1/2 cups warm water
Brush egg white or olive oil on top and salt.
Let rise for 25 min.
Bake 10 min at 400 degrees.
