Peach Quencher

Ingredients
1 cup extra ripe, pureed fresh peaches1 cup ice1/3 cup canned pineapple juice1/4 cup lemonade concentrate, undiluted1 1/2 cups club soda
Directions
In a blender, at high spped, whip together the peaches,ice, pineapple juice and lemonade concentrate until smooth. Stir in club soda. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a mint spring if desired. Depending on glass size, this could be 2 to 4 servings.
