No-bake Oatmeal-Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/3 cup cocoa powder1 cup sugar1/4 cup butter1/2 cup milk, whole (or substitute skim, 1%, or 2%)---1/2 cup peanut butter3 cups rolled oats, old-fashioned (or substitute 3-minute or quick)1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stir together the cocoa, sugar, butter, and milk. Heat until sugar is melted; remove from heat.

Add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla, and stir in. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let stand until firm.

Makes about 55 one-tablespoon cookies.

    These cookies are AWESOME tastes just like the orginal recipe which is loaded with the Calories there is no difference in the taste the best thing that they are healthy and cure a sweet tooth.. My Husband loves these cookies and my Kid does to.. thanks - 2/19/09

    Awesome cookies! Great for that sweet tooth craving (as long as you only eat one :)) Also, didn't quite get 55 out of the batch...more like 40, even with measuring out with a tablespoon. - 1/6/11
