Ingredients
2 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 30 gram(s) Oat Fiber 500 1 serving Glucomannan Konjac Root 10c/3capsules/serving Amorphophallus Natures Way 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 1.15 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) 1 serving Quest Protein Powder Multi Purpose Mix (28g) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 30 gram(s) VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup or powder (1 tsp) (by KD_503) 1 serving Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher serving size 2 Tbs (12 g) 3 large Egg white, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
mix all dry ingredients and add salt as desired (I added quite a bit of salt because I never seem to taste it in this recipe).

Add wet ingredients to the mix, stirring to form a thick batter. I added up to another 1 cup of water to create the consistency I was looking for, but you could use more cashew milk.

add to greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until browned and bounces back like bread
