4 oz Kirkwood boneless skinless Chicken Thighs 1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 2 serving Kame Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodle 3.5 oz (100g) - 1/2 pouch (4 servings per pkg) 0.50 serving Kame Szechuan Sauce 2 Tbsp 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 3 serving Green Onions
Cut chicken into thinly sliced strips. Chop or slice red or yellow pepper.
Heat oil and add chicken strips in wok or skillet on high for 2 minutes.
Add pepper, a tablespoon of water and Szechuan sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add one pouch of noodle, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
