1.5 tbsp Sage, ground1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 heart Turkey, heart1.0 liver Turkey, liver1.75 large Onions, raw3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap15.0 serving Moms whole wheat bread1.0 serving Turkey gizzard
Directions
Dry bread and crumble into bread crumbs. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Fill turkey cavities and sew skin closer over openings to hold inside. Bake turkey an 1-2 hours longer than suggested weight baking times. Cooking time is estimated for a 20lb. Turkey. Serving Size: 1/4 c. Serving size. (7.5 cups total in recipe)
