Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar2.75 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened0.3 cup Canola Oil1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw0.5 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice
Directions
Blend oil, milk, banana. Combine dry ingredients. Mix blended ingredients, coconut, pineapple, dry ingredients til just mixed. Bake 375 for 17 to 20 mins
