Low sugar Banana Bread

Ingredients
6 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .25 cup Honey .25 cup Granulated Sugar 2.25 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Mash bananas, add eggs, applesauce, honey and sugar and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir just until they are combined. Grease and flour 2 bread pans or tins for 24 muffins. Bake at 325*. For muffins - 25 minutes, for bread 40-60 minutes depending on thickness of loaf.
