Light Rice pudding

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1.5 cup Coconut milk (light) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 cup (not packed) Raisins
Directions
Add everything to the crockpot except raisins and cinnamon. Cook on low 3.5 hours until liquid is absorbed. Stir in cinnamon and raisins
