Coconut Breakfast Bar

Ingredients
24 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 6 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand) .5 cup Pistachio Nuts 5.25 tbsp chopped walnuts .33 cup Pumpkin seeds 5.25 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .33 cup, chopped Pecans 5.25 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey 16 tbsp Kirkland Creamy Almond Butter (ss = 2 Tbs = 32g) 5.25 tbspl Dark Chocolate Chips .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Mix all dry items together in a large bowl then add honey, almond butter and applesauce and coat evenly. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, spread mixture approximately 1/4" thick throughout and put sheet in freezer. Leave for an hour, cut into bars and store in a sealed container in either the fridge or freezer depending on firmness preference.
